I'm updating the source with the proper gplv3 notices and got the full gplv3 text in the source folder instead of the gplv2 that i had in there. I don't think that's going to warrant a new compile yet though.

It looks like this may not go any further so I just wanted to post the latest install for whomever it may benefit.

LockDownMyComputerPortable_0.2.1_Development_Test_1_English.paf.exe

0.2.1 Changes: updated source with proper GPLv3 notices.

I understand this isn't typical but I wanted to make sure I had the source properly commented to make it clear it's gpl, as I had sped through the last release too quick to do so.
