Why is it there? Normal Firefox (non-portable) haven't got this file.
I read other topic, but I didn't understand anything. He say it is necessary for extensions. I deleted sqlite3.exe file, but my extensions exactly work other computers. Please give me more information..

It's used by the portable launcher to fix certain extensions when paths change as you move between computers. It only affects certain extensions. Don't delete the file. As stated in the readme.txt right in the App directory "The files in this directory are necessary for Firefox Portable to function. There is normally no need to directly access or alter any of the files within these directories." Basically, leave it alone.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
