Hi, I'm Cuban. I follow your projects portable from long ago. Long ago I can not download any http://sourceforge.net project because Cuba refuses to discharge, I have understood that leaves desicion http://sourceforge.net projects in restricted countries allow or not downloading the projects. Is there any possibility to enable the download to Cuba?

one can use some proxy for example, or probably possible with something like TOR , but most solutions will be slow and can not tell definitely if all works.
