[Fixed] Unistaller loops when focus is lost

I have tested this several times, and whenever you start the uninstaller and change focus, the uninstaller goes into a loop. I checked the software folder and the app is gone but the uninstaller just sits there and loops.

The 10.1 platform release no longer has the uninstaller window hang when it loses focus.
