Sunbird 0.3 problems

Hi,

I just downloaded sb 0.3 - portable and have the following problems:

1) I have no File, Edit, Tools...etc menu at the top of the app.

2) When I right click in the calendar, a little grey box appears with nothing in it

3) Occasionaly on start-up I get a 'chrome error' - (I can provide more details if this is too generic a description)

I'm currently running this off a USB key on Windows 2000.

Any help is appreciated
