How to add already stand-alone program?

Hi all,
i could not find an answer in this forum on my question.
I use several programms which already are stand-alone versions and want to add this to my portable apps menu?

For example, W:\server\usbwebserver.exe (on TrueCrypt encrypted USB stick).

I copied the map and after updating programm icons, it works.
Only the name of the programm has to be changed manually (i got an errormessage as menu entry). Just rightclick on the errormessage and name can be edited, DONE!

Thnak you again, i was struggling for hours trying to create an installer...
