I have problems with my USB flash drive PortableApps COMPANION, connect it to any of my two PCs (desktop PC with Windows 7 and Laptop Lubuntu Linux) and is not read by the OS sometimes only LED light turns on and even that other happens. What happens? What I can do?

Did it use to work or has it never worked? Have you used it in any other pcs or machines? Do you have other USB devices connected? Does removing some of them help the USB drive situation? Have you rebooted?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the drive. After ensuring that the drive is well and truly dead by rebooting and trying it on other PCs as Ed_P suggests, you can exchange it for a new one from CustomUSB as it has a lifetime warranty:

Yes, I checked the pendrive in three different PC and nothing simply it doesn't work. I rebooted many times the PC with the pendrive conected and not working, I tried in a PC with Linux and is the same problem. Well, I'll use the warranty. Thanks for the support. (Sorry for my bad English).
I have the same pbm, I even tested it on macos, but nothing worked. So I tried to be in touch with the company to use the warranty but no answers from them..... It's been more than 2 weeks.
