Alternative for Net Framework 4?

Hello Everybody,

Does anyone know an alternative for applications that require net framework or exists an alternative ".NET 4" application?

For example:

I want to start a self-made portable app (made via cameyo online packer) which need Net Framework 4. I cant install .NET because i have no admin rights. Without NET4 my application doesn't start.

There is no easy solution,

There is no easy solution, maybe no solution at all. You might be able to use the mono framework (which might require admin rights to be installed) *AND* a wrapper.
I am not even sure this can be done. Unless you have the source code of the application and recompile it using mono references instead of .net ones.
