Replacement for Robocopyxp

Hi all, I am looking for an opensource equivalent for Robocopy.
Does anyone know of one?

AHA....

Robocopy doesnt have a site per say.
Its a Robust File copy utility included in Microsoft's Server Resource Toolkit.

I am looking for an executable (not a gui) program that can be loaded on my flash drive that can perform backups and the like.

I found an interesting one.

Unison seems to be able to quite a bit.
