It's broken on my laptop, 1680x1050 screen. See the screenshot Everything is all out of place. The close button doesn't work. The right click on the task tray icon doesn't do anything, there should be some rightclick options there like close, hide/unhide. »

You missed the note.
Did you miss the note about this right on the Suite page? There's an issue with laptops using 120pdi and a new release is in testing. (120dpi messes up lots of stuff Windows-wise)
