Description: Development tool to help make a portable application for the PortableApps.com Platform with Format specification 3.0. Original toolkit is by Chris Morgan using Python which can be found here. Unfortunately, this is only for Windows with .Net Framework 4.0 or better. I am currently working on porting it to C++ for true portability.

tried opening it but not working
First, sorry for the late comment. A lot has happened since I put this up here for everyone.
Second, my first guess is if the application doesn't start at all would be to check that I had the required .Net version. If that is not it then I would ask what your system specs are.
Let me know this issue needs to be looked at deeper.
