Umm

To my knowledge, there is not such thing. There is natural language search for some software... but it's all closed source and quite expensive from what I've seen.

When you have an issue with ANY open source product, you should always read the support documentation first, search the site and the web second and post a question third. This decreases the time developers have to spend answering the same questions over and over and increases the time they can spend developing. Remember, you're getting this for free... so your primary support person is yourself.

I read somewhere

That someone was developing one which suggested previous topics from keywords in your post. I'm not entirely certain such a thing exists though (I got this from APC which copies all sorts of stuff from the web).
