Careful

Doing so could get you banned from all computer use for a year or kicked out of campus housing (check your school's policies).

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Try

http://grab.cc/ as an online proxy.
As John said, be careful.

Good luck, man. Pretty much

Good luck, man. Pretty much any public proxy will be blocked.
You could set up a private proxy with CECID, but it doesn't work too well for downloading stuff that is fed via PHP.
http://cecid.sourceforge.net/

Of course, you'll need webspace with PHP.

IF you're really considering this, remember:
1. Your school may have visual remote monitoring, meaning that certain staff can directly monitor what shows on your screen. If so, I would steer clear of anything fishy, and forget the whole thing.
2. If you're lucky, they don't, and you only have to worry about a teacher/other staff watching you directly.
3. DO NOT let anyone else know about it.

Vintage!

LOL

We have Altiris, but we can see the icon pop up when they are monitoring.
