I have always loved the Portable Apps, well, at least since I started using :p. But a functionality that I would like is to minimize the application(Portable Apps) to "notification icons" area of Windows. I don't know if already have this feature, but I'll appreciate this functionality.

DM2 Portable https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/dm2_portable does a nice job of enhancing the window control, such as by allowing minimizing to the tray.
Do you mean the platform? If so, you already can: https://portableapps.com/support/portable_apps_suite#disablewin7taskbar
Be sure the platform is closed when you make this change.
