Like all our apps, we update it as soon as we know it's out of date. Geany is one of those apps where we only know when someone tells us since they don't have an RSS feed or similar we can watch. You can let us know when an app is out of date in the Development section and clicking the Outdated Official Apps link. It leads here: https://portableapps.com/development/outdated
