Since this is from another author do you have permission to re-distribute it?
Also fwiw in description:
Client: Windows Vista and higher.
Server: Windows Server 2008 and higher.
From what I can tell and have not download or tried it yet the actual description above needs some tweaking? and also I do not believe this is Open Source? Which might give issues on Sourceforge?
Edit: I nw see that this is an online installer? That should be noted as well in description

It's an online installer like we use for other SysInternals apps we've released, so it's kosher and hosting on SF is fine. All the SF-hosted bits are open source (PA.c Launcher and Installer).
Accepted apps only need to support Vista and up by default now that Windows XP is end of lifed.

per my edit I soon discovered John. Did not realize that we would no longer support XP. Main crux was that the description left me questioning which was the original reason for post as well as it might want to have addressed that XP was not supported as we all know users will try t downnload and install and use it on XP? Also thought that it shuld somewhere say online nstaller in the description?

Thank you for the feedback. First time releasing a portable app. Release notes adjusted to reflect the online installer.
I saw your edit. I was just clarifying that this is proper procedure for SysInternals for actual releases, not just dev tests.
We'll still support Windows XP, of course. But we don't require new apps to support it anymore now that it's end of lifed. We did the same with Windows 2000 when it was end-of-lifed originally. We kept supporting it at the platform and tool level and indicated when it was supposed or not for apps, but we didn't require Win2K support for releases. Similarly, we won't require Windows XP support anymore.
