When I click on 7-zip in 'Portable Apps Menu' it tries to unzip 7-zip. Directory structure was Copied 7-ZipPortable directory to PortableApps directory and everything works. »

Directories Next To
All directories within the PortableApps directory are scanned for all EXEs at the moment.
To install 7-Zip Portable into the menu, you download the 7-Zip_Portable_4.42_R2.paf.exe file from the 7-Zip Portable page. From the menu, you click Options - Install a new app - Install and then browse for that file. The menu handles the rest.
Or you run the 7-Zip_Portable_4.42_R2.paf.exe file directly, point it at X:\PortableApps and let it install. Then click Options - Refresh App Icons in the menu.
Sounds like you copied the download file to a directory within the PortableApps directory.

This was a clean install of the standard Suit download. Did not add 7-zip later.
