I checked this out when it was mentioned on Hacker News earlier. While uTox does not, qTox has a built-in portable mode that we can take advantage of. It leaves some non-personal bits behind, of course. It's a bit early in development for us to consider officially adding as it's only got nightly builds... not even alpha or beta, let alone stable.

qTox now has stable builds I was just curious if there is still any plans to potentially add it?

There is also an extension for Pidgin (which is also portable) for tox protocol... But I am not sure how it works..
