PortableApps' HTTPS

"HTTPS" search result have too many false results, not sure if this has ever been discussed yet.

Why doesn't PortableApps support HTTPS yet? Will it add it at some foreseeable point in the future?

Is it consider unnecessary? Or perhaps it the difficulties of adding them.

False Results?

HTTPS doesn't have anything to do with search results.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

I don't get it either, but…

I don't know what HTTPS has to do with search results either, but I can confirm that attempting to access https://PortableApps.com produces a "Secure Connection Failed" error, stating that "SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)"
This is in Firefox 32.0.3.

I think he is talking about

I think he is talking about searching for the term "HTTPS" in our forum, not search results via the HTTPS protocol.
