Any portable app for custom Mouse config?

Recently I had to find a new mouse. I had rewards credit for a certain store and the only mouse they had that really caught my attention was the E-3lue Mazer R Wireless. Until now, Ive never even heard of the company. But the thing that I liked about it was that it had a few "customizable" buttons, looked kinda cool, and was cheap (was a dollar less than my credits). Anyway, I got it in the mail and am dissappointed. With my logitech mouse and microsoft mouse, I was able to assign keyboard shortcuts for any programs. So Im in media player classic, click the scroll wheel button, and it goes in and out of full screen (alt+enter/f11). I tab over to itunes, click the scroll wheel button, and it pauses. Id assign everything once, and the rest took care of itself, without having to manually switch profiles by taking up one of the buttons, or opening the E-3lue mouse program and doing it that way. And even then, it only allows 5 or 6 profiles.

My question:
Is there a program or portable app that acts like Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center, allowing you to program/assign shortcuts or keyboard strokes to buttons on a mouse, AND has program specific assignments/profiles? It's a stationary mouse that won't leave this computer, so Im fine if I have to install system related stuff.

I'm gonna give you the

I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you weren't being sarcastic. I did that as soon as I got the mouse. The program gives extremely limited features. If I assign button 3 to be "alt-enter" or F11 (which is full screen enter and exit for media player classic) using e-blue software, then button 3 IS alt-enter or F11 regardless of what program I go into. I'd like Program specific options (Button 3 does this for media player classic, but that for itunes). The program does provide profiles (up to 5), but I have to go into the program and change the profile manually or use up one of the 3 buttons to be profile toggle.
