I am interested in the utorrent portable app. But when trying to download it I get an exe file. Do I have to use a downloader or something to get the actual zip file? Or is there a way to download just the zip file?

uTorrent Portable is what's known as a live installer that downloads utorrent.exe as you run the installer. This is due to licensing reasons after we communicated with the uTorrent publishers.
Fun fact: Anyone distributing uTorrent.exe within a zip file or similarly packaged in something else is doing it illegally.
