Migrating ‘ Importing Settings ‘ Profiles of Apps to Portable Apps

With most likely wanting to migrate as many of their apps to portable apps as possible, it kind of amazes me that there is no main forum or sticky thread or main help page dedicated to just that subject.

Having a hard time importing utorrent settings for example.

A couple examples to start things off:
For Mozilla Firefox === this was working fine until l made FF my default browser - #(*()*)(*#@.
Copy the profile from within:
C:\Users\ZZZ\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
Paste it in within:
Q:\PortableApps\FirefoxPortable\Data
Rename existing Profile folder to ProfileBU
Rename pasted profile to Profile.

For Mozilla Thunderbird
Copy the profile from within:
C:\Users\ZZZ\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles
Paste it in within:
Q:\PortableApps\ThunderbirdPortable\Data
Rename existing Profile folder to ProfileBU
Rename pasted profile to Profile.

Utorrent??
Copy ?? from within?:
C:\Users\zzz\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent
Paste it in within:
Q:\PortableApps\uTorrentPortable\App\uTorrent
