More Favorites in main menu?

I'm using Platform 12.0.5. Is it possible to have more than the standard count of icons / favorites in the main menu? Currently, I have 19 favorites, and want to add more, but there's no room on the main menu area.

I know I can click on the "All Portable Apps" link to open the categories, but the Favorites list is nice and quick.

If we can't have more than 19 icons, then maybe a folder under "All Portable Apps" that has the Favorites listed, that way I can have as many favorites as I want.

Thoughts?

Thanks

In Options, select to have it "Show All By Category". Your first 20 favorites will show first and you can scroll to see more or scroll further to see your categories. There isn't yet the ability to have more than 20 icons shown at a time.

It's easier to use the keyboard most of the time. You can show the platform with CTRL-ALT-SPACE and just start typing. You can type as much of an app name as you want and as soon as the app you want is listed first, just hit ENTER. So, you can launch Firefox just by hitting CTRL-ALT-SPACE, typing fir and then hitting ENTER. It's up to personal preference, of course, as some people prefer the mouse.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Thanks John. Long time user

Thanks John. Long time user of the platform and I love it. I also love the CTRL-ALT-SPACE. Just haven't gotten used to the type-to-search apsect yet. So used to seeing a list of Favorites for years, that I've become used to seeing them. Lately, I seem to be finding (or using) more and more apps, so expanding the list taller vertically would be nice.

I'll explore your "Show All By Category" option to see if that fits the bill.

Thanks

Not a bad idea! Didn't know you could do custom categories. I'll play around with it a bit
