How to make self-installer?

Hi, what program do you use to make the self-install?
7zip can make self-extract but I can't change lables, icon etc.
So, do you use some specific application to create installer?

Resource Hacker

I'm using resource hacker for it right now. But I'm releasing an NSIS-based self-installer. The scripts are GPLed but with exceptions for packaging OSI-approved apps. And I'm working on a self-packager that is NSIS-based that will allow you to create an installer without any coding for release next month.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Well, ResourceHacker is for hacking stuff, but with what do you make the install program shich hacks with ResourceHack?
