Read a Mac Disk/iPod

Hi!

Is there /I would like an app that can read Mac formatted disks/iPods? Similar to Xplay/Xpod whatever it calls itself now?? Or is there another way of reading a Mac formatted iPod from windows?

Me and my girlfriend are travelling the world so never end up using the same computer twice, and the portable apps are really usefull when you can only get to shabby net cafes. Thing is, my iPod (which I use for the portable apps) is windows formatted, but stupidly, my girlfriend left hers formatted as a Mac so cant get more stuff on it - there arnt many Mac Cafe's.

I messed around with Mac-on-stick, but when your paying by the minute I couldnt get it done properly (and I wasnt sure if an old Mac OS would help anyway).

I guess i would need to hook up both iPods simoultaneously so the app running on mine can read hers, but that wouldnt be a problem (i dont think), I would probably even pay for this app(about $5!).

Yamipod does not do filesystem stuff

Yamipod works fine only with FAT32-iPods, you will need some driver for accessing mac iPods:

Don't think you can build a driver to be portable Sad
Maybe there is an application for this (there are at least some for linux file systems that imitate the windows explorer and allow drag&drop), any ideas?

[edit] Maybe "HFVExplorer" is a way, have no way to test it (simply too few macs around here)

HFV Would Kinda Work

But you'd need to carry it around with you on another drive. Or repartition the iPod (which may not work right). And it's kinda clunky for doing lots of regular files stuff.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
