I've used this a lot and I feel it would be a useful application for many others to use aswell.

According to the manual, you can get it to work with Win32-Cygwin ("with a few nags")

I did find a native Win32 port once although a quick Google didn't find it for me. I know that OOo are working on a port themselves.
