Update OpeOffice in Portable Apps to 2.0.1

Since I am using Portable Apps Suite on a W2k system, I would like to upgrade the OpenOffice app to version 2.0.1 to take advantage of fixes to known issues. Can I update only the OpenOffice app or will I need to wait until the full suite is updated?
