You can use portable open
You can use portable open office, it's free and OTG, does the job well
Yeah that would be the best option.
Since Power Point is propietary and costs like 250 bucks, the most John and the community could do is make a launcher for it. But I ain't sure if making a launcher for PP is possible.
I guess
it uses too much registry to be made portable.
So it would be too much of an effort to do.

Your Correct....
I had talked about this before, when we were discussing Microsoft office. Microsoft Products intertwine themselves so much into the registry that there is really now way to wrap or catch ever single entry/check sent to it. Even a registry emulation program, such as Liberta, would have trouble.
