Using CDRW for portable apps

are there any special considerations for CDRW? I saw somewhere that they should be in packet mode, what is this?

CDRW needs to be writeable

That's basically it. You'll need to check the documentation for your CD burning software in how to set this up and then it has to be available on every PC you use it on. Every CD burning package is different.

CDRW is probably the worst solution for portable apps, but it does work.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
