New version of BlueFish (BlueFish-2.2.7) convert portable version ?

Hello & Thanks ,
There is a New version of BlueFish (BlueFish-2.2.7) supposedly with html5 support .

Any ideas when it can be converted to portable ?

Also/or is there a portable program to convert apps to portable ?
