can i use chrome portable to update Google Chrome 48.0.2564.116

the lest version of chrome is 48.0.2564.116
seeing chrome portable download from the net chrome

can i use the actual chrome portable https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/google_chrome_portable 48.0.2564.109 to update to 48.0.2564.116 ?
