I'm forced to password reset every time in order to login to PortableApps.com

First, sorry if this is the wrong forums. I do not know where else to place this and I don't seen an option to contact a moderator directly. IRC has also been unhelpful to say the least.

My reason for making this post is simple. Everytime I log into this site, forums or the main site, it refuses to accept my password. I am forced to password reset every single time I log in. After the reset, it gives me the chance to change my password. Cool. I change it to something I'm sure to remember. Password was accepted. Alright cool, let's open Chrome's Incognito Mode and log in with the new password. Fails to recognize my User/Pass Combo.

I am making sure I type my username and password carefully and treating it as case sensitive, just in case, but it does not help. What can I/we do to fix this so I don't need to password reset every time?

Browser Remember

You sure you're logging in with your username "Jeff Savage" and not your email? The case and space are both required. Perhaps copying and pasting the password from somewhere else to be sure your browser isn't modifying it would help as well.

This site uses Drupal as the CMS and that handles all logins. It's used by hundreds of thousands of sites and is up to date.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Hello John T. Haller and

Hello John T. Haller and thanks for your prompt reply. I am indeed using my email to login. Additionally, logging in with Jeff Savage as the user name worked. Thank you for helping me figure this out.

Have an awesome day! Biggrin
