Is there any reason why Windows Server 2003 cannot verify the publisher of PortableApps?

Didn't pay the tax

Like nearly every open source software package in existence, I didn't pay the tax. It costs $500+ a year to get a software signing certificate from a company like VeriSign. The only open source project I know of that pays the fee is Mozilla.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
