Using Argo without ceedo

Is it possible to use Ceedo's Argo to install an app, and then run it from PortableApps Start Menu, but yet still accomplish true portability? Maybe a PortableApps.com version of ceedo is next!!!!!

It's kinda sad when my desktop is messier than my room.
