I have downloaded all apps except BPBible and Colour Contrast Analyser,I have used VPN and reinstall windows 7 to download BPBible and Colour Contrast Analyser from portableapps platform internal app installer,still doesn't work.

BPBible's publisher-hosted version disappeared so we're hosting it on SourceForge now. The current release of BPBible is a later version but has a PAF that isn't valid which is why we haven't updated to that. CCA's MD5 was wrong in the database and that's been fixed. Both install in the platform without issue now.
