Although I added LibreOffice from Platform, I set up not to install Beta and Test version, but not the stable version but the unstable latest version will be installed.

LibreOffice Fresh (the 5.2 line) is considered the latest stable release, while LibreOffice Still (the old 5.1 line) is the stable branch of the previous version. There is no unstable Beta or Test Version of LibreOffice available portable app here.
If you prefer to use the LO Still branch, you can either install it via the platform (since you have "advanced apps" enabled it should be visible in the Portable App Directory), or be choosing the manual download on the LibreOffice page. You can use both versions side by side if you like.
