I would like to request an portable app called hotspot shield because it is one of the best vpns and I've used it many of times to get to blocked websites.

It has been requested before, as previously, we are unable to help. Hotspot Shield is under a license that does not permit modification, redistribution, or installation on more than 5 computers.
