PortableApps.com Launcher

That folder is used by the PortableApps.com Launcher.

Instructions on its use are found in the manual. Note, however, that using it is not a simple task. I recommend taking a look at the application template first, which includes examples of how to use the various files.

I not see answer to this

I not see answer to this question.
He does not ask "Instructions on its use".
He asks why in some projects it is completely missing.
You can create a laptop without including the Launcher floder?

it depends on the Launcher

It depends on how the Launcher was made to portabilize the software. If it was manually compiled via NSIS then the "Launcher" folder will not be present. The same folder will be present if the Launcher was built via PortableApps.com Launcher.

I am not a this platform developer

I am not a this platform developer. But reading other discussions on the forum indicates various software that require custom Launchers. A short research should help you. It is also not something easy to do, you need to know the specific programming language
