PicPick Color Palette Cannot Be Closed or Moved

I can't remember for sure, but I might have experienced this problem in previous versions and I just forgot or didn't get around to reporting it. Anyway, for sure the problems are in the current version --- 4.4.2.

The functions of the Color Palette appear to work fine. It's just that when it's time to close it, the X at the upper right just doesn't work. It doesn't do anything. I end up having to close the entire GUI or exiting via the System Tray menu.

I'm not 100% sure whether one is supposed to be able to move the Color Palette's window around by clicking on the upper bar, but I would think one SHOULD be able to just like any other window. If one IS supposed to be able to move the window around ... that cannot be done either.

Also, bringing up the Color Palette is intermittent. Sometimes it just won't come up. And other times instead of the Color Palette coming up by clicking on "Color Palette" in the System Tray menu, the entire GUI comes up.
