How to change a MP3 bitrate and properties?Submitted by Dominio on March 26, 2007 - 11:55am.
Hello to everyone: I have downloaded and placed LAME MP3 encoder library on the right folder and I have successfully coded a .uip file into MP3 128 kbps file, just as I wanted from the beginning. My problem is now that I cannot set up audacity so that it creates an MP3 file with a determined bitrate (different from 128 kbps) as I wish. How to set audacity up to get an MP3 with 256 kbps instead of 128 kbps as it generates by default? How to configure the parameters of the MP3 output file? Please, explain as much as you can or refer me to the rights websites where I can find the answers. ( categories: )
