Star Trek like themewsm23 (Homepage)

Updated April 4,2007 I have been playing around with a Star Trek like theme. I am not going to post the entire theme as I have used some borrowed elements. I also had to lighten up the "official" colors for usability. Preview: Note: The preview contains copyrighted icons. The theme package has the default PAM icons. Probably not possible
I used and modified a lot of graphics from http://lcarscom.net and all of their images are copyrighted. I read their FAQ and it said that they do not give permission to use their images elsewhere.
UNLESS anyone else can help with advice on this. I would have to track down the icons too. Some I have had for years and can't remember where I even got them.

Not using icons.
I think I will just end up posting the background theme. Those savy enough to resize the icons that are available on the net can add their own. Or you can just use the default icons. All you have to do with the theme folder is copy it to your \PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\App\DefaultData\Theme folder which would replace the red background, slider and top. I am continuing to tweak and perfect it so be patient with it. I'll post the theme when I figure out how and where to host it.

I have provided the graphic elements with no icons.
I will probably change the host later once I find a easy free useful host. I don't want my wife to freak out because her eBay photos don't appear anymore due to bandwidth limitations.

Posted new theme background with no USB drive in the picture. Let me know if you have a SanDisk Cruzer Micro and like the image there. I use it to help me identify which menu I need to use. I currently have 3 flash drives.

Make sure you resize the icons and take out the extra layers/sizes. GIMP is good for that. You will also need to rename the icons to the corresponding names in the PAM (documents, explore, search, etc.)

Does anyone know of free web service that is like freewebs?
I like the interface for a web design novice like myself. I don't want to impose on others to do my hosting all the time either. I signed up 4 days ago for freewebs and now I am almost 25% of my monthly bandwidth limit.

changing theme
This may sound stupid, but where does the theme go to. I've been playing around trying to use the Star Trek theme and PAM won't acknowledge. I know I'm doing something stupid, but not sure what!

...this folder if you just are replacing the background:
\PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\App\DefaultData\Theme
If you have and entire theme including the icons then replace this one.

no application folder
Under \PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\App\DefaultData\ there is no App\DefaultData\ files or folders. Now under the backup there is, but under the back up folder. I went ahead and created the folders and such...still doesn't work. Any suggestions?
I think you misunderstand.
You have to have an App folder in that list or your PAM would not have a background right now.
The http://cubegames.net/downloads/Trekliketheme101.7z file should contain a folder called DefaultData.
All you have to do is replace this folder:
\PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\App\DefaultData\
OR
If you are using your own icon set then you will need to replace the IconTheme folder with your own.

i'm not misunderstanding
I understand fully. The ONLY folder I got under \PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\App\ is the folder called "ICON," PAM icon, license and readme. Under the \PortableApps\PortableAppsBackup I do have the App folder. But when I replace it, nothing happens.
