Force to stay in ram app

Does anyone know of an app that can force another app to stay in ram (not go to pagefile)?? Doesn't matter if it needs admin privileges...ideas??

Can't you just trust that Windows knows what it is doing?

Hehe

No, you can't trust Windows, but that's not the point. I want to make two certain programs (EssentialPIM and Launchy) come up faster when they've been inactive for a while...
