I cant always readily access Dreamweaver and NVU can't exactly read my .php pages and I would love a portable Dreamweaver clone so i can use design view to put the pages up...

Other Options

Unfortunately DreamWeaver will never be made a portable application because it's not free or open-source. I've been using PSPad because of its FTP support.

If portable NVU is not

If portable NVU is not enough you may try TSW webcoder. It a shareware, but it has php advanced feature and it write it'S setting in xml and ini
files. It seem portable to mee. What do you think ?
