Why are so many options grayed out in AbiWord? ( categories: )

This is a general AbiWord issue, not something specific to AbiWord Portable. Anyway, a lot of the options are grayed out because they're not implemented.
Not that that's an excuse, of course: whoever had the idea of showing unimplemented options in the UI better get their head examined. If it's not implemented, it should be hidden, not disabled.
