FFP launcher doesn't launch FFP with themes/addons or other settings.

Okay, here's the deal. I bought a 2G Cruzer Micro and tried to copy everything from my old 1G OCZ Roadster onto it. Well, I ran into an issue that made me have to reinstall FFP under the PortableApps menu on the new drive. I copied all my settings/themes/addons from my PC installation of FF, but when I used the launcher, it defaulted back to the 'freshly installed' version of FF. I followed the instructions from the FFP page on Portableapps.com, but every time I use the Portableapps menu, it still goes back to minty fresh. If I use the firefox.exe file under the X:\PortableApps\FirefoxPortable\ directory, it fires up with EVERYTHING working just like my PC installation (X: is just an example in this case).
Is the launcher bypassing that file for some reason, or did I miss a step somewhere else in the process?

Also, I removed all the U3 crap from the new drive, as I didn't need any of it at all.
