I just found this and thought I share it. Does anyone know/use it?

Personally I wrote and use this AppLauncher which I just updated to this Portable Startup Utility
More information on the AppLauncher can be found here App Launcher Home
no page availabe for PSU yet as I just released the beta, but everything is pretty much the same except for the new drive substitution option.
