Could you give us a little more information please?
What version of ClamWin are you using?
What kind of error message, if any, are you getting?
Were you able to update the database in the past?
If so, when did it stop working and do you recall anything else happening at that time?

from the Tools->Download... and even I uploaded the CVD files from the site to DATA folder, and - nothing...
