I need a Paintshop pro x app

paintshop pro isn't open source. nor is it even freeware. This site is dedicated to creating/modifying open source, GPL licensed apps so that they will work portably. Certain common apps, like Skype, although licensed differently, have had launchers made for them.

However, this site does host GIMP, which is a photoshop [notice I don't say paintshop, as I have never used paintshop] alternative. GIMP is free, open source, and has been made portable. https://portableapps.com/apps/graphics_pictures/gimp_portable

Paintshop is Corel's version of a photo editor; Photoshop is the Adobe version of the same thing. I'd suggest, as others have, you check out The GIMP which has a portable version on this website. The GIMP (Graphic Image Manipulation Program, I think is the translation) is an excellent application. The user interface is somewhat different from that in Paintshop or Photoshop, but quite easy to learn - and a lot cheaper too!!
