is it ok when i use the "PortableApps Logo -NeoRame Edition-" (Look here) Logo in the header of my PAM THEMES BLOG??? and second question can i use in my PAM Theme installer too?? Thanks and greetz ( categories: )

You can use the PortableApps.com Installer...
For any artwork which is released under the GNU General Public License.
