U3 Launcher disconnects all flash drives including it self...

I am pretty sure this has been mentioned before and I searched for about an hour but with no luck.  So here it goes.
When I plug in my cruzer u3 drive and I have other usb drives plugged in it just disconnects all the other drives including itself! It comes up with the drive not removed correctly once for each usb drive that was plugged in. It works fine when the U3 Launcher isn't on... >:( It is really starting to annoy me since I have about 5 different flash drives.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try...
plugging in your u3 first without other drives connected. also, try updating u3launcher.
